the challenge to change
inholland is developing a new educational program. offering a multi disciplinal program to get students involved with complex social challenges. this is cross-domain education and the future within education.
the biggest challenge is to get learning coaches from 6 domains aligned. they are key to the succes of the (pilot) program. although cross-course collaboration is already part of the program at inholland, this program desires a different mindset from coaches and students alike.
the challenge to change focuses on getting a new team of learning coaches on board of the program and to get them ready to start the pilot in september.
